Standard Rate • $75 per hour
Applies to all services provied for clients who have ongoing "Regular Preventive Maintenance" performed on their computers.Remote support is provided through LogMeIn, with an annual license fee of $42 per computer.
On-Call Rate • $85 per hour
Applies to all services provided for clients who do not qualify for the standard rate.Remote support is provided through Splashtop SOS, with a $10 fee per session per month.
Flat-Fee In-Shop Services
- Virus and Malware Cleaning • $75 (Antivirus software sold separately)
- New Computer Build, Install and Preparation Fee • $150 (incl. w/PC if purchased through KW ComputerSmith)
- System Reinstall / Factory Restore + Configuration & Updates • $150
- Tune-up, Cleanup and Dusting • $75
- File Recovery / Rescue and Transfer • $75 (external drive or USB key for storing rescued files sold separately)
- Hard Drive Secure Wipe, PC or Peripheral Disposal • $10 (available only for clients receiving ongoing services)

- • No contract is required. You are only invoiced for the services you receive.
- • All computer pickups and dropoffs to KW ComputerSmith must be prescheduled.
- • All non-"Flat-Fee" services provided are charged in quarter hour increments.
- • On-site visits, phone support, and remote support have a minimum service charge of one quarter hour per incident.
- • A one-way travel charge is applied to all on-site visits, pickups and deliveries.
- • The minimum travel charge is one quarter hour; maximum is one half hour.
- • A late fee of 2%, compounded monthly, will be applied to outstanding balances over $50 on the first day of each month.
- • Accounts in arrears for over 30 days will receive no new services until payment has been received for the outstanding balance.
- • All hardware and software remain the property of KW ComputerSmith until paid for in full.
